Fee: Non-refundable and charged every year.
Monthly Tuition Fee:
- Tuition fee is payable in 12 monthly installments
in the first year and in 9 monthly installments during
the final year.
- Payment is due by the 10th of each month.
After the due date a late fee of Rs.200/- will be charged.
However, Rs 400/- will be charged if the fee is unpaid during
the whole month.
- Non-payment of fee for 2 months will result
in the cancellation of registration and re-admission will
require a payment of Rs. 2000.
- All transcripts, merit certificates, results
and College-Leaving Certificates will be withheld until
the student's account is fully cleared.
Library Membership Security Fee:
A refundable library security fee will be
charged to every student. The charges will be as follows:
A Levels: Rs. 1000/- BSc: Rs. 2000/-
Faculty Tuition Discount:
A student, whose parent is a member of the
teaching faculty, will be entitled to 25% discount in the
tuition fee.
Merit
Scholarship:
Every year, the Board of Governors awards
10 merit scholarships to students with outstanding Ordinary
/ Advanced Levels results.
Good conduct and discipline along with a minimum grade of
80 % in all College examinations, are required for the continuation
of all scholarships.
Withdrawals:
Written
applications for withdrawal must be submitted at least two
months in advance or in lieu of two-months tuition fee. Students
who leave during the second term (January – May) are
liable to pay the full fee for the term. |
